    Enter orders quickly and easily. Keep track of all your orders by entering them into the order entry screen and automatically show up on the dispatch screen. Orders and be pre-rated by using zones or manually enter rates on the fly. All address can be stored in the system for quicker entry. Searching for previous orders, entering return trips, or simply coping orders is a breeze as well.

    Invoicing

    Reviewing orders and making adjustments to orders can be done just before orders are finalized. Once all orders or selected orders have been adjusted and finalized simply press a button and invoices are generated. Simply Dispatch comes with some template invoice for a quick start. Also available is an import tool that can be used with Quick Books that can help manage Account Receivable and other invoicing needs.
